Google Analytics changed its API (http://20ft.org/googleapichange) and we have to adapt. Please be patient while we’re at it. Errors and data gaps may occur.

Hi friends and users of TwentyFeet,
Due to the alignments of the Facebook-API it is possible to reauthorize an existing Facebook account whenever you want. This reauthorization is needed to be carried out by the user every 60 days at the latest to guarantee a continuous tracking of your data.
If you want to reauthorize a Facebook account connected to TwentyFeet, you have to pay attention which account you are about to reauthorize. After clicking on the “reauthorize”-link, you will be forwarded to a page, where you are presented a list of User, Pages and Groups that your Facebook account is linked to. Once this page is shown to you select the corresponding account to the one you’ve just picked to start the reauthorization process. A reauthorization of all your Facebook accounts at once or simultaneously is not possible at this point.
Here’s a step by step description:
1. Check the remaining time until the expiration of the token by hovering over the lock-icon on the Service Settings screen
2. Select the account you’d like to reauthorize and click on the “Reauthorize”-link followed by clicking on the “Authorize”-button
3. Check the checkbox for the account you would like to reauthorize and scroll down to the end of the page
4. Click on “Track” to continue
5. This screen shows success!

4. Klicke auf “Hinzufügen” um weiter zu gehen
5. Great success!

Hi folks,
We’ve just released a new version of TwentyFeet and would like to share the changes with you.
Various performance improvements
Performance Post (“My week on Twitter”)
Until today we were sending all of the Performance Posts on Monday and Tuesday causing heavy loads on our system by new users signing up for our service. We are very happy to welcome all of those new users and would like to give them and our existing users the performance they need to track their Social Media profiles. To get closer to this goal, we are now sending our Performance Post “My week on Twitter” Monday thru Tuesday and Thursday thru Sunday leaving a deployment slot on Wednesday. Once you are preassigned to a specific weekday, you’ll continue to receive the post on this particular day.
Proxy server for static content
With the deployment of the new release we are delivering all of TwentyFeet’s static content via an Amazon Web Services proxy server. Since these systems are distributed all over the world, the content will be brought to you even faster.
Facebook authorization changes
Starting July 5th, 2012 Facebook changed its authorization process. Until then only one initial authorization was required to enable data gathering from Facebook without a time limit. With the changes made on Facebook’s side a renewal of your access authorization is required every 60 days. This requires a manual re-authorization carried out by the user to continue tracking Facebook stats within TwentyFeet. You will find more information on this topic here:

Facebook Pages Insights
In February, Facebook discontinued some of there API-variables. Unfortunately we were developing for a client at this time and weren’t able to make the changes immediately. This led to missing data for a larger number of variables for Facebook Pages. Therefore we would like to say sorry for any inconvenience!
Based on our analysis and users feedback on the most preferred Insights we’ve integrated new Insights. For some of the existing variables we could find an equivalent replacement (Monthly engaged users, Fans – Age and gender). Others were introduced to top off the number of useful variables (Reach for posts, unique visitors, reach organic, viral and paid, numbers of stories about your page pointing out the number of shares, mentions, likes, checkins and many more, external referrers). Before deploying the new Isights we asked Pages users with data before February 12th. to export their data in advance. We hope you’ll like the changes and are looking forward to your feedback.
Custom date range
If you were trying to present your data selecting a custom data range in January you most certainly ran into the situation that the last week was shown. With this release we’ve fixed this bug. Furthermore we’ve fixed an issue not allowing to export a custom data range.
If you have further questions or feedback feel free to get in touch with us. We are looking forward getting to know your needs and wishes.
Thanks,
Your TwentyFeet-Teamjgrabo
