Sorry, I didnt achieve to add them, maybe I am doing something wrong. ¿Do we need to authorize the competitors account for that? I guess not, cause I can not do that!

Is it a facebook page? You should use their page ID for that. If it’s twitter you just have to add their username. You do not have to authorize the competitors account.

Could we change the account names? Non authorized FB onces have the ID as name, which is pretty hard to identify when we manage much accounts.
