Since today a payment function and a few other interesting features are available on TwentyFeet.
TwentyFeet has been for free for our users so far. The free for all-time is finished now as we are happy to announce the integration of a payment process.
About our pricing model
TwentyFeet is a low-priced service. We do need to charge for the service as we do not display ads, sell any information, or have any other revenue streams. All that is needed to enhance this service comes from your fee for TwentyFeet. We’ll start with a very low price.
For the first 30 days of your usage, every account you track with TwentyFeet is free of charge. Apart from that, one twitter and one facebook user stay free forever.
TwentyFeet works with a credit system. You can buy credits for $2.49 each to extend the tracking of your accounts. One credit = one service account for one year.
How to buy credits?
There is a new page in our application: “Credits”. Please find it under “Settings”:

There you can see your current credits as well as an option to buy new ones:

You can then proceed the payment through PayPal. Please follow their instructions.

After you finished the payment process you can come back to our application and will find the increased number of credits.
How to use credits?
On your “Service Settings” you can see the duration for every account:

You can use your credits to extend the tracking for another year:

Just click “Extend now!”. Your number of credits will decrease consequently.
How to set free accounts?
One twitter and one facebook user account are free forever. If you haven’t set your free accounts click on “extend” on the “Service Settings” and you’ll find the option “Set as free account!” on the following page:

What happens to the existing accounts?
Please make sure to set your free accounts for twitter and facebook. The other accounts will expire in 12 days and you will not get any more data if you don’t extend the tracking period. So make sure to buy credits.
Any problems or wishes? Please use our UserVoice for that purpose or contact us on twitter or facebook.
Other new features
You can now switch the service you want to see on the service dashboard through a dropdown:

We added an explanation for our activity stream icons on the activity stream detail pages for an easier understanding what they stand for:

After you add a new account it can take a short while until we can show you all the metrics. We added a mail notification so you don’t have to check if the data generation is finished. Just click the button and we will nudge you via email when your metrics are available.

Feel free to send us feedbach through this blog, UserVoice, twitter or facebook!
