David Noël (@David) sent us a few questions about his monthly KPI report using TwentyFeet: http://bit.ly/bMWRQa
Been using Twentyfeet for a month now and doing my monthly KPI report and found a few details missing that I need for my reports:
Facebook Page:
- a way to get the absolute number of status messages I have posted myself on http://facebook.com/soundcloud
- a way to see how many total interactions (likes and comments) we have received on all status messages during the time period selected (usually per month for us).
- is there a way to get the total “impressions” per month (impressions are displayed under each post)
Twitter:
- a way to see the absolute non-total numbers for a selected time range
- a way to separate incoming @-replies, outgoing @-replies and single tweets
- amount of given and received retweets per month
- amount of favorited tweets (incoming) per month.
If you’re able to offer these metrics, I’ve finally found the service I was looking for.
Thanks!

Facebook metrics
We do not distinguish between posts from your friends and yourself so far. We show you only the sum of both. That’s something we will add to our to-do-list.
Likes and comments are something you can already track:

Total impressions are something we have to add (will put it on our to-do-list).
Twitter metrics
The amount of given and received retweets per month are on the “Influence indicators” and “Conversations” widget. Example for retweets received:

The same thing with @-replies given. Incoming @replies are included in “mentions”.
So you should be able to track nearly all of your twitter KPIs. The only thing that is not implemented so far is the number of favorited tweets [see our UserVoice]. It’s something we would like to track but it’s hard to get the data because the twitter API doesn’t deliver it. We hope it will one day. Otherwise we may have to include a third-party-service.
Bonus tip: Create a favorite list for your monthly report
Choose your KPIs and collect them on a favorite list. That should save you a lot of time.
